Vibrant Photography for elopements on The Big Island

There's no better place to elope than the Big Island. Kona sunsets are unreal, the coastline feels endless, and the laid-back energy here is made for small, intimate ceremonies. I've been documenting elopements in Kona for nearly a decade, and it never gets old. Barefoot on the beach or somewhere a little more adventurous, I'm there with a camera and zero agenda, focused on capturing exactly how it felt to be there.

Frequently Asked Questions

Some of my favorite locations on Big Island for elopements are Punalu'u Black Sand Beach, Kikaua Point Park, Kukio Beach, and Old Airport Beach. If you’d like a deeper breakdown of locations, you can explore my full Hawaii elopement location guide.

Coverage starts at $800 an hour. Every elopement is different, so packages are built around your day, whether that's a quick beach ceremony or a longer adventure across a few spots.

I'm based in Kona but I shoot all over the island. Getting married in Hilo or somewhere else on the Big Island? I'll be there.
